Forager's Keep is a 26-year-old single malt from the now-closed Pittyvaich Distillery in Speyside, Scotland — making every bottle a piece of whisky history. Distilled in 1993, aged for over a quarter century, and released by Orphan Barrel as part of their ultra-limited series of recovered casks from silent distilleries.

Pittyvaich operated from 1974 to 1993. No new spirit will ever be made there again. This is one of the last remaining expressions from that distillery available anywhere.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: dried apricot, gentle oak, subtle floral notes
Palate: rich orchard fruit, vanilla, soft spice
Finish: long, elegant, with lingering dried fruit
