A soy-based Chinese-style cooking sauce and marinade filled with umami. It's Mama Fong’s original homestyle recipe, developed and used daily at our restaurants in all of our main dishes like stir fried noodles, rice and veggies. It's best used with noodles, rice, meats, fish, tofu, veggies or as a marinade for any protein.
