Cascade Hollow Distillery - 'George Dickel' 15yr Single-Barrel Tennessee Whisky (750ML)

After taking the whiskey world by storm in 2019 by winning the #1 whisky on Whiskey Advocate's top 20 list with their 13 year Bottled-In-Bond expression, Dickel's older whiskies have been in high demand. In 2020, the 11 year Bottled-In-Bond sold like hotcakes due to its excellent flavor, sharp price, and relation to the award winner the year before.

This year they have released a 15 year single barrel bottling.  It is a single barrel bottled at proof, a rarity on the large corporate side of the Bourbon market.  While many an aged Tennessee whisky from Dickel has hit the market in recent years, it's safe to assume Master Distiller Nicole Austin has saved the very best for this official release.
